Saisei Serbia was established in 2022 in Belgrade as part of the Saisei Mirai international network, founded in 1999 in Osaka by Prof. Dr. Toshio Inui. The center operates in collaboration with 6 universities, supporting ongoing clinical research and innovation.

Dr. Inui is a distinguished physician and researcher specializing in immunotherapy, recognized for his contributions to advancing clinical applications of immune-based cancer treatments.
Dr. Inui is a Japanese physician recognized for his pioneering work in immunotherapy. After graduating from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine in 1978, he gained extensive experience in internal medicine before founding his own clinic focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Motivated by the limitations of conventional cancer treatments, Dr. Inui dedicated his career to exploring the body’s natural immune response and its potential in healing. His approach integrates advanced medical research with therapies that support and enhance the immune system.
In 2010, he established Saisei Mirai Kobe Clinic, a center specializing in innovative immunotherapies and collaborative research. Working with institutions in Japan and abroad, Dr. Inui continues to develop treatments such as GcMAF, autologous cancer vaccines, and hyper T/NK cell therapy to improve outcomes and promote long-term well-being.
